Ingredients:

A few slices of bread/ciabatta roll

1 avocado

1 egg

Thumb-size chunk of red onion

Sweet chilli sauce

Salt and pepper

Method:

Start to fry the egg in 1 Tsp oil on a low heat. Cook until the white is opaque and cooked. 


Crush the avocado with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.


Peel and dice the red onion. 


Add the avocado on top of the bread/ciabatta roll. Sprinkle over the red onion. 


Add the fried egg and sweet chilli sauce. Add a pinch of salt and pepper on top and enjoy!
