Ingredients:

60g porridge oats

250ml whole milk

1 Tsp sugar

3 TBsp ground almonds

1 punnet of blueberries (roughly 130g)

2 Tsp golden syrup

Handful of flaked almonds

Method:

Blend two thirds of the blueberries with 1 Tsp sugar.


Add the oats, milk, blueberry mixture and ground almonds to a saucepan. Simmer on a low heat and stir until desired thickness is reached.


Pour into a bowl. Add the flaked almonds, the rest of the blueberries and syrup and enjoy!
