Ingredients:

120g plain flour

200ml milk

1 egg

Nutella

Handful of fruit/berries

Method:

Beat the flour, egg and milk until a smooth batter forms. 


Melt some butter in a small frying pan until it starts to bubble. Add enough batter to cover the base. 


Fry for 3 minutes until golden. Flip and fry for another minute. 


Whilst warm, spread the Nutella over the crepe. 


Roll up the crepes, add any fruit you like and enjoy!
