Basa Fish Dinner

Ingredients:
1 large basa fillet (or 2 small)
10 cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 small red onion
2 Tsp honey
3 Tsp teriyaki sauce
Salt and pepper
Method:
Peel and crush the garlic. Quarter the tomatoes. Finely slice the onion Roughly chop the coriander.
On a medium heat in 2 Tsp oil, add the tomatoes, onion and garlic to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes and then add the basa fillets.
Drizzle the honey and teriyaki over the pan and fry for 5-8 minutes until slightly browned on each side. (Mix the vegetables around throughout and flip the fish halfway).
Remove from the heat and top with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
