Mongolian-Style Sticky Beef

Ingredients:
400g-500g beef chunks
4 TBsp cornflour
3 garlic cloves
2 TBsp ginger paste/grated ginger
4 TBsp teriyaki sauce
2 TBsp light soy sauce
2 TBsp honey
2 TBsp sesame oil (or vegetable oilif you don't have it)
1 Tsp pepper
2 TBsp sesame seeds
5 spring onions
Method:
In a mixing bowl, toss the beef chunks in cornflour until all coated.
In a bowl, mix the teriyaki, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and pepper.
Slice the spring onions.
Crush the garlic cloves. Add the beef, ginger and garlic to some oil in a large saucepan on a medium heat . Fry for 5-8 minutes until browned (won't be cooked through at this point).
Add the sauce mixture and cook on a low-medium heat for 5 minutes. Add most of the spring onion and cook for 5-8 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
Top with the rest of the spring onions. Enjoy!
