Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

Half a pack of green beans

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 red onion

1 large potato

8 cherry tomatoes

3 TBsp teriyaki sauce

Salt and pepper

Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Chop the ends off the green beans. Chop the onion into sixths. Chop the potato into 2cm x 2cm chunks.


Line a baking tray with foil. Add the garlic and potatoes, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until all covered. Bake for 10 minutes. 


Add the other vegetables, salmon and teriyaki sauce. Drizzle lightly with oil and toss.


Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked. Enjoy!
