Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
500g turkey mince
1 Tsp each of salt and pepper
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp cumin
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 TBsp plain flour
Handful of coriander (optional)
Burger buns
Salad
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands.
Form 6 burger shaped patties.
Lightly coat the outside of the patties in plain flour.
Fry on a low-medium heat in a drizzle of oil for 15 minutes until browned on both sides and cooked through (to speed up cooking, cover with a lid or foil so the burgers cook in their own steam.)
Prepare the burger buns with salad and place a burger in each. Enjoy!
