Easy Moroccan Fried Chicken

1 chicken breast

1 garlic clove, crushed

Moroccan herb and spice mix


Slice the chicken into 1cm strips. Sprinkle the herb and spice mix on top.

On a medium heat, add oil and crushed garlic to a small frying pan. Add the chicken. Fry for about 5 minutes, then flip over and fry for another few minutes.

Check the chicken is cooked by cutting through the biggest part of the chicken - it should be white and opaque. 

Dab with kitchen roll to remove excess oil and enjoy!
