Ham & Cheese Pancake

Ingredients:
75g plain flour
100ml milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt
2 ham slices
40g grated cheddar cheese
Method:
Beat the egg, milk and flour together until smooth.
Melt some butter in a large frying pan. Add enough mixture to cover the base.
Whilst the batter is still raw, add the cheese on top.
Rip the ham into strips and add to the pancake. Cook until the underside is golden and the cheese begins to melt.
Remove from the pan, roll up and enjoy!
