Houmous

1 (large sharing)
Ingredients:
1 tin of chickpeas
1 small garlic clove
1 TBsp tahini
2 TBsp lemon juice
Pinch of cumin
Salt and pepper
Method:
Drain the chickpeas. Crush the garlic.
Add everything to a bowl, season generously with salt and pepper and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
