Time Taken:

45 minutes

Portions:

12-15

Ingredients:

300g self-raising flour

30g butter

150ml milk

2 Tsp sugar (caster sugar is best)

Big handful of grated cheddar cheese

3 TBsp tomato ketchup

2 TBsp tomato paste

2 Tsp oregano

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Rub in the butter until crumb-like. Add the milk and knead/mix to form a dough.

On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle (roughly 30cm x 25cm).

Mix the tomato paste and ketchup together. Spread over the dough. Sprinkle the cheese and oregano all over. (Add any other pizza fillings now.)

Roll up tightly starting at the long edge.

With a sharp knife, cut into 2cm slices.

Place pieces next to each other (touching) in a greased baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. (I sprinkle some more cheese on top 10 minutes before the end.) Enjoy!
