Simple Halloumi Wrap

Ingredients:
5-6 slices of halloumi
5-6 cherry tomatoes
1 mini wrap
3 Tsp sweet chilli sauce
Ground pepper
Handful of salad leaves
Few sprigs of fresh coriander
1 TBsp natural yoghurt (optional)
Method:
On medium-high heat, add the halloumi slices to some butter/oil in a small frying pan. Quarter the tomatoes and add to the pan. Fry until the halloumi is golden on both sides.
Add the salad leaves and coriander to a wrap. Add the halloumi and tomatoes. Drizzle over sweet chili saice, a sprinkle of pepper & yoghurt if you have some!
