Time Taken:

30 minutes




180g butter
250g sugar (brown or caster)
300g self-raising flour
200g milk chocolate chips
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.

Add the chocolate chips and a few drops of vanilla extract if you have it.

Place grease-proof paper on 2 baking trays. Make 16 small balls and press down to slightly flatten them.

Bake at 180°C for 10-13 minutes until golden. Let them cool to slightly stiffen up and enjoy!
