Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 bars milk/white chocolate
300g light brown sugar
150g plain four
60g cocoa powder
150g butter
Half Tsp baking powder
Icing sugar to sprinkle on top

Method:

Preheat oven to 190°C. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add sugar and mix until smooth.

Mix the flour, cocoa and baking power. Mix in the butter and sugar mix.

Beat eggs in a bowl. Break chocolate bars into chunks. Mix eggs and chocolate into the mixture.

Grease baking tray (mine was 15cm x 30cm).

Pour mixture into tray. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Stick a knife into the mix- it should come out with gooey mixture on it (the GOOEY part!).

Remove from oven, let it cool and cut into 15 pieces.

Sprinkle with sieved icing sugar and enjoy!
