Simple Crepes

Ingredients:
120g plain flour
200ml milk
1 egg
Method:
Beat the milk and egg into the flour until smooth.
Melt butter in a small frying pan. Add enough mixture to cover the base.
Fry for 3 minutes until golden. Flip and fry for another minute.
Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
